Teachers change lives every day

Thank you, Mr. Warren

Author: Faith Bursey
Teacher's name: Marc Warren
Teacher's school: Ascension Collegiate

I first had Mr. Warren in grade 7.  He was my home room teacher and also taught me a few other courses that year. In all honesty, when I first saw him I was little intimidated! He was tall, and me, not so much!

Ever since then, I have had Mr. Warren almost every year and I don’t know where I’d be if I hadn’t met him. He was not only like a teacher, but he was like a father figure. I could go to him for absolutely anything—whether it was for a person problem, advice, or just a question about English!

Words cannot describe how fortunate I am—or anyone is, for that matter—to have Mr. Warren as a teacher. He has made such a difference in my life and I’m certain he has made a difference in everybody else’s who he has taught.

He has made me feel confident in myself and my work regardless of how bad it was.

Thank you, Mr.Warren for everything you have done for me the past 5 years.
