I was so lucky to have had Mr. Elliott as my teacher in High School. His awesome teaching skills, great personality and caring ways went a long way.
Struggling in high school and just scraping by was hard, but Mr. Elliott was always there to push me through it and never gave up on me, even when I gave up on myself. He always went above and beyond and out of his way to make sure we understood what he was teaching.
Here I am today in college with a 95 average doing the Occupational Health and Safety course and I owe it all to him. I never in my wildest dreams ever thought I could graduate with honors but then I think about all the encouraging words Mr. Elliott gave me.
Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart for everything you have said or done for me, I appreciate it very much. This quote sums it up!
” One looks back with appreciation to the brilliant teachers, but with gratitude to those who touched our human feelings. The curriculum is so much necessary raw material, but warmth is the vital element for the growing plant and for the soul of the child.” – Carl Jung
